2025 Northern Trails Riding Club Banquet

 

When: Saturday, November 8th 2025
Where: Didsbury Memorial Complex (1702-21st Ave) in the Multi Purpose Room
 
Doors Open/Silent Auction begins: 5pm
Roast Beef Dinner: 6pm
Awards: 7pm
Social to follow

The banquet tickets will go on sale October 1st, 2025.
RSVP to info.northerntrailsridingclub@gmail.com by October 29th, please  include an email with
the number of tickets needed and follow with an e-transfer.

Tickets are $25 per attendee, with a $10 credit for riders who return their NTRC Show number
before September 30th, 2025. If you have multiple back numbers, a credit of $10 for each
returned number will be given toward the banquet ticket.

We will be having a Silent Auction fundraiser. If you are interested in making a silent
auction donation, please bring an item with you to the banquet. This has been a great
fundraiser for our club and allows for our awards and prizes to continue to expand.

Also, please come prepared to get in on the bidding. We will accept e-transfer and cash. There is
an ATM just outside of the Multi Purpose Room.

Here are the rates for an annual NTRC Membership:

Individual Membership $65 + $10 number fee

Family Membership: $125 (for first three family members)

+ $50 for each additional family member

+ $10 number fee per rider

Non- Rider Membership: $25
