2025 Class List

To enter into one of NTRC's shows, please fill out the following online entry form. This form is intended for one applicant/rider. If entering several family members, please fill out individual forms for each rider.

Entries are due by 10:00 pm on the Wednesday night prior to the show to avoid late fees

Show Entry Fee Breakdown:

Show fee’s must be paid in full prior to the competitor entering the ring. Show fees can be e-transferred prior to the show (which is preferred) or paid at the show desk via cash or e-transfer with a late payment fee.

*The day rate includes showing one horse per rider. If a member is showing more than one horse the $25 additional horse fee will apply. (This allows unlimited classes for multiple horses.)

*If a family is larger than 3 members, there will be a $25 additional member fee added to each additional family member.

Stabling: $70
($30 refunded upon proof of cleaned stall at end of show day)

Dry Camping: Free

Plug-In Fee: $20

Stabling / Overnight Camping

All names on this points list are colour coded according to currently completed volunteer hours:
Green - All Hours Completed
Yellow - Some Hours Completed
Red - No Hours Completed

Please remember that all NTRC members are required to have a minimum of 3 volunteer hours by the end of the show season to qualify for year-end awards.
